For this assignment we had to take our pictures that we already had and put different types of frames around them. Their were four different types of frames and we had to two of each. Gaussian #1 Gaussian #2 Clipping #1 Clipping #2 Sprayed #1 Sprayed #2 Gallery #1 Gallery #2 This was a very fun assignment to do because I got to learn more about framing and now I can use it more now. I had some trouble but at the same time it was easy.

For this assignment we were asked to take pictures of the different types of Principal design. I had a good time trying to get the best photo for each principle. Balance: Is a compositional technique in photography that juxtaposes images within a frame. Movement: To capture the movement taking place in the photo, you need the pre focus on a spot. Repetition/Rhythm: Is the repetition or alternation of elements, often with defined intervals between them. Emphasis: To make one subject stand out more than others. Simplicity: Focusing on the subject while ensuring the background is unfocused. Contrast: Contrast is a tool that photographers use to direct viewers' attention to their subject. Proportion: Refers to the relative size and scale of the various elements in a design. Space: To have a subject with a blank background. Unity: Occurs when all of the elements of a piece combine to make a balanced photo. I really enjoyed this assignment because it peaked my interest in how many different types of photos you can take. It was difficult at times but I think that's what made it more fun and interesting.
f/3.5, 1/25, ISO 400 This was my best photo from this weeks photo assignment of color. This weeks photo assignment went really well and I got better at taking pictures of color and how many different ways to take pictures of color. Their were many pictures I had to choose from and edit to get the best photo for the topic.
I am now in Digital Photography two. I am hoping this will be better than digital photo one, and I will get a better grade. I learned a lot in photo one and I am hoping I will learn even more in the second part. I am going to do all of my work and try to get an A in the class. I am going to take better photos this trimester because I have become a much better photographer. And I think that the topics are better and more interesting than last trimester. Here are some of my photos from part one. My favorite photo assignments from last trimester was the black and white. It was really fun to take pictures of and they turned out really well.
Digital Photography was a very fun class. I enjoyed all of the assignments we did throughout this class, and they made me a better photographer. When I walked into the class on the first day of the trimester I didn't know if I was going to like the class or not, cause I never really liked taking pictures, it was never an interest to me to do in my free time or anything. When I walked in the class the first day I though that we just took pictures the whole time, I had no idea that we did things on the computer. I learned so many things on the computer in photoshop. Now I know how to use photoshop in anything I do. Overall this class was a big surprise to me because I was not expecting a lot of it. It taught me a lot and i'm glad I too it, and i'm looking forward to part two of it. Best Photo Worst Photo
This was a fun day assignment that we did. we went outside on a rainy day with lots of clouds and wind, and took some motion shots of Mr. Bush on his bike. He drove by us pretty fast and we had to focus on the spot in front of us and take the picture.
This was a fun assignment to shoot because there were many different poses you could do for the pictures. I enjoyed this assignment because I like to take pictures and have fun doing it. I had some trouble with the editing but I got through it. That was pretty much the only problem I had with this assignment, otherwise I had a very good time.
